Hi, team. How can I add a MetadataChangeProposal_v1-value schema on schema-registry? I’m trying to using KakfaEmitter of Java for lineage, but I got an error below and I found the schema doesn’t exist on my schema-registry which I installed using helm.

Caused by: java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: my-schema-registry.in/subjects/MetadataChangeProposal_v1-value/versions
