DataHub does not natively support filtering datasets by a domain and its sub-domains in the UI. According to a <Slack discussion>, when you apply a filter for a specific domain, it only returns assets directly linked to that domain, not including those in sub-domains. To achieve this, you would need to manually include filters for each sub-domain in your query.
