Empty Datahub UI after cloning metadata database: How to fix the issue

Hi all,
Why my datahub UI is empty while the table metadata_aspect_v2 is not?
How can I fix this?
Note: I just clone metadata database from staging environment to development env for testing, then I build up a new datahub system on my testing environment.
