Forced Ingestion Updates in DataHub Recipes from CLI and MySQL

Hi Team

Right now if we do any CLI based ingestion it checks whether the metadata is present in MySQL and if not then only sends the message to Kafka.
Is there any config we can add in recipe to force the ingestion updates even though it is present in MySQL?
