Troubleshooting datahub cli error: 'Unable to emit metadata to DataHub GMS'

Hi,
We are using datahub cli to ingest dbt run_results.json in S3 bucket
DataHub CLI version: 1!0.13.2+docker
Python version: 3.10.14 (main, Mar 25 2024, 21:45:25) [GCC 12.2.0]

Got this error:
