<@U06TM7M40RK> in v1.0 I see there is an option Add Note, but I have no clue what it is doing and the documentation is also not helping. I would like to get to some more context.
It seems likely that the “Add Note” feature in DataHub v1.0 allows users to attach notes to specific entities, such as datasets or columns. According to the <https://github.com/datahub-project/datahub/blob/master/docs/managed-datahub/release-notes/v_0_3_7.md|release notes for v0.3.7>, notes can be added to entities and will appear in the Settings > Home Page list of announcements as well as on the profile page of the entity. However, there is a limitation that if more than 30 notes are added, there might be issues with displaying announcements properly on the home page.
The feature is primarily supported for Dataset and Column entities in the mentioned release. It seems that the functionality might be similar in v1.0, but the documentation might not have been updated to reflect this.
Would you like more detailed information on how to use this feature or any other related aspects?
